TellyNite is strictly a media player application. TellyNite does not supply, host, broadcast, sell, or distribute any channels, playlists, streams, or media content. Users must provide their own legally obtained content or service credentials.

1. Our role

TellyNite L.L.C. ("TellyNite") operates a media player application. It does not host, store, transmit, index, aggregate, or control media content, channels, playlists, movies, series, or streams delivered through third-party services that users independently configure. We have no affiliation with any content provider.

2. Marketing and screenshots

Screenshots, product images, and mockups on tellynite.com, in app-store listings, and in other TellyNite marketing materials show example user-interface layouts only. Any channels, posters, program titles, metadata, or media artwork visible in those images are illustrative examples — not content supplied, hosted, broadcast, or endorsed by TellyNite. Where metadata or artwork is shown, it may be sourced from third-party services such as TMDb for demonstration purposes only.

3. TellyNite-controlled materials

This notice applies to copyright concerns about materials controlled by TellyNite L.L.C., such as our website, marketing materials, branding, and app-store listing content.

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used without authorization in TellyNite materials, send a written notice to the contact below with enough detail to identify the work, the material you believe infringes it, and your contact information.

4. Third-party media

Content accessed through a user's own third-party IPTV or playlist service is controlled by that service and its provider, not by TellyNite L.L.C. Reports about such content should be directed to the relevant provider or hosting infrastructure.
